Setting up a website is the very first step of an Internet
marketing campaign, and the success or failure of your site
depends greatly on how specifically you have defined your
website goals. If you don’t know what you want your site to
accomplish, it will most likely fail to accomplish anything.
Without goals to guide you in developing and monitoring your
website, all your site will be is an online announcement that
you are in business.

If you expect your site to stimulate some form of action,
whether it is visitors filling out a form so a representative
can contact them, or purchasing a product, there are steps you
can take to insure that your website is functioning at peak
efficiency. One of the first indicators of how well your site is
working for you is finding out the number of visitors in a given
period of time. A good baseline measurement is a month in which
you haven’t been doing any unusual offline promotional
activities.

However, just because hoards of people have passed through your
gates does not mean your site is successful. Usually, you want
those visitors to actually do something there. It is equally
important to monitor the number of visitors to your site who
made a purchase. This figure is called the site conversion rate,
and it is an essential element of the efficacy of your website.

To find the site conversion rate, take the number of visitors
per month and figure out the percentage of them that actually
performed the action your site is set up for. For example, if
you had 2,000 hits to your site, but only 25 of them purchased
your product, your site conversion rate equals 1.25%. To get
this figure, take your number of visitors and divide that figure
by the number of visitors who made a purchase. Then divide that
result by 100 (25 ?00 X 100).

If your website is set-up to get visitors to fill out a form,
make sure to then figure out what the difference is between your
site conversion rate and your sales conversion rate. This is
because not everyone who fills out your form will actually
become your customer. However, whether your site is set-up to
sell a service or product, or to get the visitor to fill out a
form, the site conversion rate will measure the success or
failure of your website whenever you make changes to the site.

You may find that you need to implement some additional
marketing strategies if you find that traffic to your site is
extremely low. There are several effective methods to improve
the flow of traffic to your website, particularly launching a
search engine optimization campaign. This campaign is targeted
at increasing your position in search engine results so that
consumers can find your pages faster and easier. You can either
research the steps you need to take to improve your search
engine rankings, or employ a search engine optimization company
to do the work for you. In either case, after your have improved
your search engine positions, make sure you keep on top of them
by regular monitoring and adjusting of your efforts to maintain
high positions.

Another factor to examine is how easy it is for a visitor to
your website to accomplish the action the site is set-up for.
For example, if your goal is for the visitor to fill out a form,
is this form easily accessible, or does the visitor have to go
through four levels to get to it? If it’s too difficult to get
to, the customer may just throw in the towel and move on to
another site. Make sure your buttons are highly visible, and the
path to your form or ordering page quickly accessible.

Finally, have a professional evaluate the copy on your website.
The goal is, of course, to get your visitor to make a purchase
or fill out your form. Website copy must be specifically geared
to your online campaign and not just a cut and paste job from
your company brochure. The right copy can make the difference
between profit and loss in your online campaign.

Ergonomics is a term dating only as far back as the 1940s. It well describes the science of adapting work and working conditions to suit the worker instead of the other way around - the worker adapting to the machine.

One of the most interesting things about the science of ergonomics (or perhaps the most frustrating) is the fact that all individuals are of different height, weight, arms and hand size, etc. People have so many different dimensions that the combinations are practically endless. So ergonomics can be seen as a sort of an ongoing convoluted puzzle with missing pieces.

With the immense expansion in the use of computers and associated equipment in the workplace comes the need for less injury and stress to the workers themselves. The long hours many of us spend interacting with our office equipment affect us in many ways - and not always in a positive way.

Unfortunately, gone is the physical variety in our work tasks, as almost all we need is within reach at our desk. And thus comes work-related injuries and other stresses.

Think office-related injuries are a joke? Think again. The 5 main injury sites for an office worker include the neck, shoulders, lower back, wrist and yes, the ankles and legs. If pain is impeding your ability to go to work - that affects your weekly paycheck which in turn, affects your creditors, which in turn affects your whole family’s lifestyle.

That’s why office furniture manufacturers have stepped in to offer more ergonomically correct chairs and workspace equipment for a healthier work environment.

Aeron chairs were designed for long-term seating for computer work, general office work, and casual or formal meetings by using the principles of ergonomics to minimize back pressure and strain on all areas of the torso.

Let’s face it. People aren’t very good at returning calls these days. If you don’t have something they want right then, often times the calls take a back seat to the more pressing matters at hand.

In business, it seems to be less offensive than in one’s personal life. In business, if someone doesn’t return calls it is usually because the person isn’t quite ready to do business. Perhaps they haven’t made a decision or they are working on another project. Perhaps they don’t want or need your services and so they’re saving face by not returning the calls. Casual persistence is the best way to handle these people. And dropping a hand written note with valuable information is always a good tactic. Sometimes, by adding enough value you are able to charm the person into returning or taking your calls. A rule of thumb though is to NEVER, EVER make them feel guilty for not returning the calls. It’s best to pass it off and never mention it again. It’s past history!

In personal life, the “not returning calls (or emails) syndrome” takes on a whole new meaning. It’s personal, and it hits you more at a core level. It’s YOU they are rejecting, not your BUSINESS!!!

Lets say for instance that you’ve talked about getting together socially with someone for quite some time. Finally, you offer up a few days and expect to get the time set up and meet within a short amount of time. Yet, the email or call never comes back and you begin to wonder, “What did I do?” Potentially you mentally rehearse your last few conversations to see if there was something that could have been misconstrued. Then your mind starts playing tricks on you and sometimes leads you to believe that something you said wasn’t communicated correctly, or perhaps the person ran into someone else who told them that you were talking about them. Or, perhaps you were too scatterbrained when you last spoke and the person no longer wants to be friends. You are bound and determined to put forth a good face to them “next” time, even though your life is crumbling apart.

Ahhhhhhh!!! Now the obsession takes over and you can’t stop thinking about it and wondered what you did wrong?

STOPPPPPPP!!!

Isn’t it funny what our thoughts can do to us? They can rip us to shreds quicker and faster than anyone else can imagine. They can pull us down and force us to spiral downward that leave us in a heap of mental dysfunction.

Okay, there are times that a friendship will be put on hold due to some of the choices we make. And there are cases that a friendship is over due to the differences in values that people have. But normally, it doesn’t happen like this. Normally, there is something else going on.

For instance:

The other person had a death in the family and is having to attend a funeral.

Their brother or sister, or both… ended up in the hospital.

Their kids are having problems at school.

Their kids are having projects at school.
They are having company in town for a week.

They are in the process of moving offices or homes.

They are looking for a job and it’s taking every second of their time.

They aren’t getting along with their spouse and don’t feel up to getting together with anyone.

They are having some financial issues and getting together for lunch or dinner is not in the budget.

Their child needs some sort of therapy or counseling and their mind is on that.

They are going out of town for the weekend and trying to get ready.

Their husband and son are taking a camping trip and they need to prepare the tent and camping equipment.

They are competing in some sort of sporting event and they are practicing extra.

They’ve started taking classes and are now studying for the class and upcoming tests.

Okay, you now get the picture! People are BUSY. Taking it personal that someone isn’t calling or emailing you back is probably natural, but not practical. We are living in a different day and time now and the old days of everyone returning calls immediately has now changed to, “I’ll call you back when I can.”

People are BUSY and we can’t and won’t all fit into each others’ lives at the same level that we’d like. Children and family takes priority over people with small kids, and work loads and other responsibilities come first before an active social life. Often now, the conversations have to be cut short and continued later. It’s nothing now for people to stop a conversation midstream only to promise a later get together. Interestingly enough, people seem to be fine with it.

I know that I’ve been unable to attend to a few personal meetings as of late. I’ve not been able to be up with my work load or return calls and emails promptly. I know that it can look bad to others at this point. I can talk a good game, but I can’t back it up right now. It’s just where I am at this point in my life.

I had to tell an old friend recently who commonly makes me feel guilty if I’m not checking in regularly that he shouldn’t expect any phone calls from me in the next year. I currently do not HAVE a social life and don’t intend to have one in the next few months or year at least. My plate is full. My child is my sole focus right now. If I’m not taking him to Occupational Therapy, then I’m taking him to the park or on a bike ride. If he’s at school and I have an extra hour, I’m going to be reading about things that will help him. I will NOT be nursing my social life. It’s just where I am right now and I requested that he just understand that I don’t have anyone outside of my immediate family as a focus right now. I wish things were different but they’re not. I was as nice as I could be, and I think it helped him understand that I can’t be an attentive friend right now.

On the flipside, I’ve also been on the other side where I’m obsessing about people not returning MY calls. I soon found out though that they were out of town or had another amazing excuse that I didn’t know at the time. So I’ve had to forgive others of these minor offenses just like I’m hoping others are forgiving me. I have found however, that if you drop a note to the person saying you can’t respond right then because of some personal issues, people are completely fine with that.

Returning calls and emails is the polite thing to do. My dad once told me to always be the last one to write or call and to never leave people hanging. It’s great advice and it’s advice I share with others. But I also have tolerance for others when they are slow to move as quickly as I am at that moment. My life responsibilities have interrupted my social life more than once and I’m sure it will again.

I just want to make sure that my SOCIAL life, doesn’t interrupt my DAILY life. That is where I am right now. My close friends will understand and the others will just have to wait. And meanwhile, I’m wishing you all love and blessings in your life!!! We’ll all be together again!

Former U.S. president, George Bush Senior told the following story during a broadcast back in 1989…

A young boy and an old man were walking along a beach. As they walked, the boy picked up each starfish he passed and threw them back into the sea. Confused, the old man asked him why.

“If I left them here,” the boy said, “they would dry up and die. I am saving their lives.”

“But the beach goes on for miles and there are millions of starfish,” the old man said. “How can what you’re doing make any difference?”

The boy looked at the starfish in his hand, threw it into the ocean, and answered, “It makes a difference to this one.”

How does that relate to Internet marketing?

Our quest into the world of making money online can often be like that walk along the beach. The starfish lying on the sand are the tens of thousands of people who, wanting to start their own business, have bought into some hype, and joined schemes and scams that have absolutely no chance of working for most of them.

These starfish… these people who have bet their lives’ dreams, and often life’s savings, on a poorly conceived, over-hyped “business opportunity” strike me as starfish stranded on that beach. They are so close to the ocean, - to proven online businesses they can own, and yet they need a little help.

As a consultant, and someone many people come to for solutions, I see too many who have bought into a “packaged deal” that includes everything from a complete turnkey website to guaranteed traffic. In theory, all they need to do is turn it on, and it will spit out dollar bills.

The dream of an instant, foolproof business is simply very, very appealing to some. We all know that if it were THAT easy, everybody would be doing it. Still, we like to believe that it is… just maybe… possible. It’s sort of like playing the lottery. We know our chances are one in one hundred million of winning, but maybe… just maybe…

Back to that walk along the beach… You can actually earn a decent living online being that boy walking along the beach. You save these starfish, one at a time by showing them what really does work online. You see people wasting time and money on some business concept that is failing them, and you do the kind-hearted thing. You gently show them the errors of their ways.

Many will still stubbornly hold on to the scam they have bought into, and continue trying to make that work. Their chances of ever making a dime are less than average. They are still looking for the easy, no-effort way, that doesn’t exist!

Some will notice that YOU are earning a living online and want to know how you do it. That’s your invitation to show them what has actually proven to work for you. That’s your green light to throw them back into the “Internet marketing ocean” and give them another chance at success… a much better than average chance because you teach them how not to wash up on the shore again.

One term we see used online frequently is six-figure income. That threshold has a magical effect with many because they have difficulty achieving it. You can easily achieve a six or even seven-figure income online. All you have to do is help others the do the same. They will happily pay you for your help. Help someone to earn $200,000 a year and they won’t mind paying you handsomely for that. Teach them the proper way to do it and they will be forever grateful to you.

Now that you know the key, there’s only one thing for you to do. That is to get started. If you don’t know how, that’s simple too… let those already doing what you want to do teach you. One way to do this is to join me at the Internet Marketing How To Workshop for a tremendous start. The workshop is taught by 11 people who “save starfish” all day long. Alternative Fueled Vehicles and Alternative Vehicle Fuels

Driving a car fueled by something other than gasoline or diesel fuel is no longer the stuff of science fiction. In addition to conventional gasoline and diesel fuel, reformulated - cleaner - gasoline and alternative fuels now are sold in many parts of the country. Alternative fuels such as methanol, ethanol, compressed natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and electricity produce fewer tail pipe pollutants than conventional gasoline and diesel fuel. Using them could improve our air quality.

In 1992, Congress passed the Energy Policy Act to promote the use of alternative fuels. For example, the law requires owners of fleet vehicles to purchase a certain number of alternative fueled vehicles. Congress also directed the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to issue labeling requirements for alternative fuels and alternative fueled vehicles. Two FTC Rules - the Alternative Fuels and Vehicles (AFV) Rule and the Fuel Rating Rule - require fuel dispensers and alternative fueled vehicles to be labeled with information to help consumers make knowledgeable decisions when it comes to filling up or buying a vehicle. The AFV Rule applies to new and used alternative fueled vehicles that are sold to consumers or leased to consumers for a minimum of 120 days.

This Article explains the labels you’ll see on alternative fueled vehicles and alternative fuel dispensers, and suggests several important factors to consider as you investigate the options.

Alternative Fueled Vehicles:

AFVs are vehicles that operate on alternative fuels, such as methanol, ethanol, compressed natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, electricity, and others designated by the U.S. Department of Energy. Some AFVs can run on conventional fuels, such as gasoline, and alternative fuels. They are called dual-fueled vehicles.

The required labels must be placed in plain view on the surface of all new and used AFVs. The labels on new AFVs must include the vehicle’s cruising range as estimated by the manufacturer and its environmental impact, as well as general descriptive information. It’s important to know how many miles your new AFV will travel on a supply of fuel because, gallon for gallon, some AFVs don’t travel as far as gasoline-powered vehicles. The label’s description of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) emission standard for the vehicle tells you to what extent the vehicle produces emissions. If a vehicle meets an EPA emissions standard, a box on the label will be marked and a caret (^) will be placed above the particular vehicle’s certification standard. The label shows the levels of emissions standards in a series of boxes that range from a “Tier l” vehicle - one with more emissions - to a “ZEV” - a zero emissions vehicle.

The labels on new and used AFVs also advise consumers to consider the following items before buying or leasing an AFV.

Fuel type. Ask what kind of fuel powers the vehicle.
Operating costs. Fuel and maintenance costs for AFVs may differ from gasoline or diesel-fueled vehicles.

Performance/convenience. Vehicles powered by different fuels vary in their ability to start when they are cold; their acceleration rates; the time it takes to completely refill the vehicle’s tank; and how they are refueled.
Fuel availability. Find out whether refueling or recharging facilities are available in your area for the fuel the vehicle uses.

Energy security/renewability. Consider where and how the fuel powering the vehicle is produced so you can anticipate long-term fuel availability at a reasonable price.

These labels also must include additional sources of information from the federal government: The Department of Energy maintains a toll-free National Alternative Fuels Hotline to answer questions about alternative fuels, give information about the availability of alternative fuels in a particular area, and suggest more sources of information about alternative fuels and alternative fueled vehicles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s toll-free hotline offers information about safety related automobile issues.

In addition, because all vehicles affect the environment directly (tailpipe emissions) and indirectly (how the fuel is produced and brought to market), the labels on used AFVs advise consumers to compare the environmental costs of driving an AFV to driving a gasoline-powered vehicle.

Alternative Fuels

Among the fuels covered by the Fuel Rating Rule and the Alternative Fuels and Vehicles Rule are methanol, ethanol, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gases, hydrogen, coal derived liquid fuels, and electricity. For example, methanol is an odorless, clear liquid produced from natural gas, coal, or biomass resources, such as crop and forest residues. It usually is sold as a blend of 85 percent methanol and 15 percent gasoline. Ethanol, a liquid produced from grain or agricultural waste, usually is sold as a blend of 85 percent denatured ethanol and 15 percent gasoline.

The labels for these fuels are orange to distinguish them from gasoline octane labels, which are yellow. They must be placed on the fuel dispenser so that they are fully visible to consumers.

Gasoline labels tell you the octane rating. Alternative fuel labels describe the fuel and its principal component(s). The rating for an alternative fuel - other than electricity - is the commonly used name of the fuel and the amount of its principal component, expressed as a minimum percentage. For electric vehicle fuel dispensing systems, the fuel rating is a common identifier - such as electricity - and the system’s kilowatt capacity, voltage, whether the voltage is alternating or direct current, amperage, and whether the system is conductive or inductive.

Consider the Alternatives

Why consider switching to alternative fueled vehicles or alternative fuels? According to the Department of Energy, emissions from the 200 million cars and trucks on U.S. roads - mostly hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, and carbon monoxide - account for about 50 percent of all air pollution and more than 80 percent of urban air pollution. Driving alternative fueled vehicles could reduce the level of vehicle emissions, and choosing domestically produced alternative fuels - instead of imported oil - could help reduce the trade deficit, create jobs, and promote economic activity.

At the same time, you should be aware that some alternative fuels have a lower energy content than gasoline. On a gallon for gallon basis, some do not allow consumers to travel as many miles as they could in a vehicle powered with gasoline or diesel fuel. In addition, an AFV may cost more than a comparable gasoline-powered vehicle.

The good news is that you can help reduce pollution from vehicle emissions even if you don’t choose an AFV or alternative fuel. If you live or work in an area where air pollution is a continuing problem, you may be able to find reformulated gasoline at local service stations. Reformulated gasoline is conventional gasoline with added oxygen. It burns more cleanly than conventional gasoline. It is required in areas with the most serious levels of ozone air pollution and is being used by choice in others.

The Relationships Way24 Apr 2008 12:07 pm

Such a dilemma!

You don’t want to consult the temple medium or fortune teller for an auspicious wedding date. But you need to select one quickly to please your parents.

Perhaps you think it is too superstitious to believe a date will have any effect on your wedded bliss.

But your parents are not. They think it is most important that they select an auspicious date to ensure a successful marriage for you. They feel you are ungracious for objecting to their kind intentions.

How about using the chinese calendar to select an auspicious wedding date.

As a compromise, you can use the chinese calendar to select the auspicious dates.

Usually, the chinese calendar contains:
- top, showing the Gregorian month,
- body, showing the Gregorian date,
- middle, showing the chinese date and the day of the week, and
- bottom, showing the fengshui/chinese astrology information.

Basic terminology for chinese wedding events

(Note: To read the chinese characters below properly, make sure your browser’s character encoding is set to auto detect for chinese/simplified chinese/traditional chinese characters.)

These are the terminology you need to know for finding the respective auspicious dates,
嫁娶 - for wedding day
结婚纳彩/采 - for the betrothal
安床 - for installing the bridal bed

Auspicious rating:
宜(yi) - good for
忌(Ji) - bad for / to avoid
吉(Ji) - auspicious timing
中(zhong)- neutral timing
凶(xiong)- fierce/ bad timing

Choosing the auspicious date

2 ways to go about it:
a) choose the Gregorian date, then check if it is auspicious, or
b) find all the auspicious chinese dates, then decide on the Gregorian dates within these.

To determine if the date is auspicious, read the sub-sections, titled 宜(yi) which list the favorable activities for the day, and 忌(Ji), activities to be avoided.

Locate the corresponding term for wedding event Wedding day 嫁娶, Betrothal 结婚纳彩/采 or install bridal bed 安床 under 宜 or 忌. If found under 宜, it’s a good date for that event, if 忌, don’t select that date. The date is neutral for that event if nothing is mentioned.

Important note:
Certain days are not favorable for all joyous events and are listed as “不宜诸吉事” under the 宜 section. For such an unfavorable day, the 忌 section will also list 吉事 meaning to avoid any joyous events.

Check the auspicious timing

Some people also want an auspicious timing for events such as fetching the bride and entering the groom’s home. Check the auspicious rating under “今天时辰吉凶”. The timings are listed as 吉 auspicious timing, 中 neutral timing and 凶fierce/ bad timing. Choose those that are 吉 or 中 and avoid timing listed as 凶.

The chinese timing are divided into 12 period, each 2 hours long. The chinese day commence at 11 pm the night before. These are the corresponding time:

子(zi) 11pm to 1 am
丑(chou) 1am to 3 am
寅(yin) 3am to 5 am
卯(mao) 5am to 7am
辰(chen) 7am to 9am
巳(si) 9am to 11am
午(wu) 11am to 1pm
未(wei) 1pm to 3pm
申(shen) 3pm to 5pm
酉(you) 5pm to 7pm
戌(xu) 7pm to 9pm
亥(hai) 9pm to 11pm

What about chinese horoscope?

The chinese horoscope that “clashes” on that date is listed with the age under a section titled 每日相煞. Under 生年相冲 the other years of the same horoscope that also “clashes” is listed.

If there is one philosophy of life that seems to work, it is the one that refuses to compromise a life style - no matter what. Pick a life style: clean floors, never screaming at your children, including vegetables at every meal or never buying new furniture. The standards of living that make you happy and productive most of the time are the ones that can’t be diminished.

Events happen that make it difficult. A shortage of cash can make those “Don’t pay a cent for three years” ads for furniture look attractive. A deeper look might reveal that the furniture is junk, the interest rate high and sixty per cent is required for a down payment. If your standard says you need drawers that open easily and finishes that won’t mar just by looking at them, then hold off on purchasing new and investigate the Want Ad Press first.

If you lose your job and go on welfare, don’t start eating cheap junk food — go further out of town for bulk purchases of basic staples and put some extra effort in cooking and canning. Putting up with an old, worn-out car is dangerous as well as demeaning. A quality used car with lots of miles on it is much preferable, will get you to work on time and won’t sacrifice your standard of living. Buy one good set of clothes that will wash like new forever instead of shopping the cheap discount stores for clothes that look cheap and fall apart in no time.

It’s all about showing the world that you respect yourself and care about how you present yourself. Your children will adopt your standards and when they grow up and will do whatever is necessary to keep up their own standards. It’s kind of like a secret vow to yourself that you will never cross a certain line no matter what the provocation. You will feel good about yourself and others will feel good about you, too.

Probably the most famous psychic today is John Edward who is the
star of the amazingly popular show seen on the Sci Fi channel,
“Crossing Over With John Edward.”

The show premiered in July of 2000. It’s a half hour program
that has Edward appearing in a dark theater surrounded by risers
that are packed with audience members, all of which would pay
enormous amounts of money just to be in the same room with this
man. The typical show features Edward walking around the risers
making comments like, “I am getting very strong vibrations about
a guy named Dave over here. I don’t know what it means. Maybe
Dave is someone who has recently left this world…” And the
spiel goes on and on. Ultimately there will be someone in the
audience who nods in response to these statements, possibly
signifying that Edward is right on the mark about something.
Sometimes they will even shout or break down in tears. It’s
great television but many sceptics feel that’s all it is.

The truth is, Edward’s show is nothing new. He is just one in a
long line of many who have done this sort of thing, from the Fox
sisters in the 1800’s to current celebrates like Rosemary Altea,
Sylvia Browne, and James Van Praagh. What is unique about Edward
however is that he seems to be the right kind of psychic, who
just happens to be in the right place at the right time.

Part of his success probably has a lot to do with the public’s
fascination with the occult. A recent Gallop pole indicates that
20% of Americans believe in one form of the occult or another,
many believing that you can communicate with the dead, which
just happens to be John Edward’s specialty. Oddly, 24% of women
believe in communicating with the dead while only 16% of men
believe this can be done. This may or may not be a comment on
the gullibility of women and men. As for religions, 27% of
Catholics believe in talking to the dead as opposed to only 16%
of Protestants and 9% of Jews.

Whatever the reasons are for these numbers, Edward has cashed in
on them. His show is on 5 days a week and the money that he
makes from this can only be guessed at. His show is said to be
responsible for a 33% increase in the Sci Fi channel’s ratings
to a daily average of about 533,000 households. More
importantly, the program is attracting more female viewers to a
station that previously was male dominated viewing. The audience
for Crossing Over is over 60% female.

Between his TV show and national exposure from appearances on
The Today Show, This Morning, and Dateline, this has made his
book “One Last Time” a national best seller.

And of course with all of this the question most asked is, “Is
he the real thing?” Critics who have charted his predictions
have estimated that his accuracy is only about 10 to 20%. Of
course they also noted that the volume of his predictions far
exceeds any modern day psychic. Whether John Edward is legit or
just another great entertainer there is no denying that he has
become one of the most popular psychics of all time.

There are different types of insurance coverage available, thus the best question to ask when applying for insurance, is which policy is available to me. In the beginning of the 19th century laws were passed stating that anyone driver a motor vehicle is by law obligated to have a measure of coverage. The drive can take out full coverage, or else ‘third-party” coverage, which will protect them in the event an accident occurs. The policy will keep you out of the arms of the law even if you are pulled over for a traffic violation, by protecting you from getting citations, fines, jail, or towed vehicle for no proof.

Third party will offer a measure of protection, however it will not protect you entirely if an accident occurs, and most likely will not cover you if your car is stolen. If you possess a “High-Performance” or “Classic” vehicle, then you will need supplementary coverage, outside of third-party coverage. In fact, you will need full coverage, plus the supplementary coverage to protect your vehicle. The coverage offered to these customers is to protect them extensively, since the risks are higher and the cost of repairs on such vehicles is twice more expensive than standard vehicles.

If you only take out third-party insurance on a high dollar vehicle, then you will pay the cost of repair and suffer losses in the event you are in an accident, unless the other driver is at fault. However, if that driver is at fault, still you may pay the cost that is not covered under the other drivers insurance if he too has third-party coverage. The third-party coverage will cover drivers on “public roads,’ or private roads.’ The policy may offer limited coverage for ‘legal liabilities’ and ‘passenger indemnity.” The passenger indemnity means that if you are driving and your passenger hit’s a parked vehicle with the passenger door then you will be covered. The coverage may offer protection against fire and theft also, which will provide you a measure of coverage in the event your car is stolen or fire occurs.

However, you must read the terms and agreements carefully, since some third-party coverage is minimal and will not offer this protection. On the other hand, comprehensive full coverage will defend you on nearly every possible occurrence. Comprehensive full insurance coverage “is the complete form of car insurance” that “adds accidental damage” coverage “to the 3 policies discussed.”

The comprehensive coverage can protect you, despite the level of damage, and will cover you on many ‘personal accidents’ in the event you are injured. Third-party coverage was not planned to provide the coverage that the comprehensive policies bring. Third Party Only is a liability policy that will prevent you from charge if you cause an accident. The Policy will provide a measure of assurance that if you are in an industrial accident “the innocent party’s repair/replacement costs are insured against.”

Thus, insurance coverage is different and most companies base the pricing on age, driving history, gender, type of car, and so forth. Regardless of the type of insurance you are seeking, all policies have premiums. The companies will often ask customers to provide an estimated guess as to how many miles you drive each year and this too will affect your premiums. Most companies estimate that drivers should only drive around 12,000 miles per year, but it depends on the company.

Furthermore, under law you are responsible for your vehicle, therefore, if you are seeking insurance coverage and intend to allow other drivers to drive the car, make sure you get coverage for other drivers, otherwise if the driver causes an accident, by law you will pay for the damage, loss, death, and any other problem the accident caused. Thus, if you have a new car, high-performance vehicle, and other risky materials or issues that can increase your premiums, take not of each area that may be considered a high risk and point this out to the agent ahead of time. It makes sense to get several quotes if you pose a potential high risk to find the best rates on car insurance plans.
